Ingredients Sweet potato or sweet potato puree All purpose flour Plant milk Baking powder Onion powder Garlic powder Nutritional yeast Dried dill

Blend the sweet potato puree and plant milk

Add the flour, baking powder and spices

Blend until just smooth, don't over blend.

Grease your waffle maker

Fill the waffle maker with enough batter to just cover the grid.

Close the waffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes depending on your maker.
