How to make crispy air fryer tofu nuggets

These air fryer tofu nuggets are so crispy and low fat. These are the perfect protein rich side dish or snack. Serve with your favourite sauce.

Ingredients: Extra firm tofu Veggie broth Soy sauce All purpose flour Corn starch Panko breadcrumbs Nutritional yeast Onion powder Garlic powder Dried oregano Smoked paprika Pepper

Press the tofu, cut it into pieces and marinate it in veggie broth and soy sauce.

Season the breadcrumbs.

Whisk the batter together.

Dip the tofu pieces into the batter.

Coat the tofu pieces in the breadcrumbs.

Air fry the tofu nuggets for 4 minutes on each side.

Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
