How to make easy panko breaded tofu!

These crispy tofu cubes are crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and packed with protein and flavour.

Ingredients: Extra firm tofu Vegetable broth Soya sauce Flour Cornstarch Panko breadcrumbs Nutritional yeast Onion powder Garlic powder Paprika Salt and pepper

Press the tofu to get excess moisture out.

Mix the batter ingredients together.

Season the panko.

Coat the tofu cubes in the batter.

Then in to the panko.

Pan fry in oil for 3-4 minutes per side.
