How to make quick and easy tofu tacos

This super easy dinner recipe is a great way to use up a block of tofu. Flavourful sauteed shredded tofu with your favourite toppings like lettuce, avocado and pickled onion!

Ingredients: Firm or extra firm tofu Spices Tomato Paste Corn tortillas Lettuce Avocado Pickled onion Dairy free yogurt Cilantro Lime

Press the tofu and grate it. Heat oil in a pan and add the tofu and spices.

Cook for 5 minutes, then add tomato paste and lime juice. Cook for 2-3 more minutes.

Heat the corn tortillas and top with lettuce.

Add the tofu!

Add avocado and pickled onion.

Add dairy free yogurt and cilantro. Serve with lime for squeezing!
