How to make spinach and feta spring rolls

These spanakopita spring rolls are the perfect appetizer. Savoury, tangy and so crispy. Serve with hot honey dipping sauce.

Ingredients: Spring roll wrappers Spinach Feta Yellow onion Green onion Fresh garlic Lemon juice For sauce: Honey Sambal oelek

Cook the onion, spinach and garlic.

Let it cool and add the feta.

Add a spoonful to a spring roll wrapper.

Fold the spring roll wrapper over the filling.

Tuck in the sides and roll it up.

Lightly brush with oil and bake for 25 minutes at 400°F.

Mix the honey and sambal oleke, and serve with the spring rolls.
