How to make vegan chickpea tuna

This is the easiest vegan sandwich or wrap filling! Its the perfect tuna alternative, and it has a sea like flavour from the nori, dill and lemon.

Ingredients Chickpeas Vegan mayo Dijon mustard Lemon juice Fresh dill Green onions Nori Salt and pepper Kale (optional) Wrap (optional)

Add all the chickpea tuna ingredients to a bowl.

Mash to your desired consistency.

To make a chickpea tuna wrap, add the filling to the center.

Top with kale.

Wrap it up.

Cut it in half.
