How to make vegan chocolate pudding with tofu

Chocolate tofu pudding is smooth, creamy and so rich. Silken tofu is blended until smooth and sweetened with dark chocolate and icing sugar.

silken tofu

vanilla

dark chocolate

coconut oil

icing sugar

instant coffee and salt

Melt the chocolate and blend all the ingredients until smooth.

Divide into 2 cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

top with coconut whip and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
