This vegan French toast recipe is a must have! Made wtih vegan eggnog, they're the perfect festive breakfast!

Ingredients: Crusty bread Vegan eggnog Plant milk Egg replacement or cornstarch Cinnamon Nutmeg Vanilla extract Salt Butter for cooking Toppings: Vegan butter Powdered sugar Maple syrup Coconut whipped cream Nutmeg

Whisk the eggnog mixture together.

Dip the bread into the mixture and let the excess drip off.

Cook for 2-3 minutes and then flip.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Top with vegan butter, powdered sugar, and maple syrup.

Add a spoonful of vegan whipped cream and grate some fresh nutmeg.
