Buttered noodles are a super quick, easy and comforting dinner when you just want to eat something delicious and low effort. This recipes combines tender noodles, vegan butter and fresh garlic.
Boil the noodles according to package instructions.
Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
Add the garlic and cook until fragrant and slightly golden in colour.
Transfer to a bowl and dig in! You can reserve some pasta water and add it to the noodles to make them saucier.
