How to make vegan strawberry streusel muffins

These vegan strawberry muffins are soft, moist. easy to make, and the streusel topping is a must! These are perfect for breakfast, dessert or simply snacking.

Ingredients All purpose flour Baking powder Salt Plant milk Brown sugar Vegan butter Vanilla extract Frozen strawberries

Mix the streusel ingredients together until crumbly. Don't overmix!

Whisk the wet ingredients togther

Add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Fold in the strawberries.

Divide the batter into the muffin tin.

Top with the streusel topping. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
