How to make yeast donuts in an air fyer

Did you know that you can make yeast donuts in an air fryer? They only take 4-6 minutes to bake! They're soft and fluffy on the inside, with a crispy exterior. These air fryer donuts are delicious and so easy to make!

Ingredients All purpose flour Salt Oat milk (any milk) Vegan butter (or regular butter) Active dry yeast Sugar

Add the milk, yeast and sugar to a stand mixer bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes until frothy.

Add the melted butter, flour and salt. Mix until a smooth tacky dough forms. Rise for 1 hour.

Roll the dough out to 1/2 inch thickness.

Cut the donuts and donut holes out with cookie cutters. Rise for 30 minutes.

Transfer the dough to your air fryer trays or basket. Brush with melted butter. Bake for 4 minutes, then flip and bake for 2.

Mix powdered sugar, vanilla and milk together to make a glaze, then coat the donuts and let them dry.
