How to make easy peanut butter stuffed dates

This sweet and salty snack is really easy to make, and is great for meal prep! Perfect for a quick snack, after gym pick me up, or dessert.

Ingredients: Dates Peanut butter Dark chocolate Kosher salt

Place pitted dates on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Fill with peanut butter.

Drizzle with melted dark chocolate.

Sprinkle with kosher salt.
