Peel the beets and slice as thinly as possible with a mandoline or knife. Make sure they are evenly sized so they bake evenly.
Add the sliced beets to a bowl with the oil and spices, and mix to coat.
Lay the beets in a single layer on the air fryer tray or basket. Bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through. The beet chips should be crispy and slightly browned. Sprinkle with salt to serve.
