These crispy baked carrot fries are so flavourful, and healthy, and make the perfect easy snack or side dish! Made with only carrots, oil, cornstarch, and spices these carrot fries are ready in only 20 minutes.

Ingredients

carrots
4-5 medium sized carrots

tablespoon
neutral oil

tablespoons
corn starch

teaspoon
salt

black pepper

onion powder

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
paprika

teaspoon
cumin
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Peel the carrots, cut the ends off, and cut them in half the same way so you have two shorter round pieces.
Cut each piece in half lengthwise, and then cut about 1 cm sticks.
Add the carrot sticks to a large bowl with the oil and toss them. Then add the cornstarch and spices, and toss them again to evenly coat.
Transfer the carrot sticks to the baking try, spacing them apart. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway.
