Sliced bread topped with shredded cheese and flavourful Roma tomato slices, baked until crispy and covered in melted cheese. Tomato cheese toast is a great breakfast, lunch, or snack!
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a baking mat.
Place the bread on the baking sheet and top with the shredded cheese. Layer the tomato on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes. The cheese should be melted and gooey. Top with parsley and serve.
Notes
Spread the shredded cheese to the edges of the bread, for some in every bite.If you dislike the wetness of tomatoes, just remove the seeds from the middle.
