Iced Strawberry Latte
Creamy iced coffee with homemade strawberry sauce. This refreshing iced latte is super easy to make with fresh or frozen strawberries and is perfect for spring and summer days.

Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries diced small
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- ¼ cup cold brew or a double shot of espresso
- ¼ cup milk or coffee cream I used oat coffee cream
Instructions
- Add the strawberries and sugar to a pot and heat over medium heat. Once they start simmering, mash the strawberries with a heat proof silicone spatula until they reach a jammy consistency. This should take 4-5 minutes.
- Let the strawberry syrup cool for a few minutes, and then add half of it to a glass.
- Fill the glass with ice. Add the coffee, and then add the coffee cream or milk.
- Add a straw and stir to mix the strawberry syrup with the coffee.
